Shipping:
- $6 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $99.
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days.
Returns:
- All items are FINAL SALE.
- If an item is received damage, please email returns@shopjoolre.com within 3 days of receipt with a picture of the damaged item. We will respond within 48 hours and if your request is approved we will ship you out a replacement or provide in-store credit.
